Elements Group has impressed me in so many ways. Aside from the very pleasant fact that now, when the laundry room ceiling falls down due to a leak or when a tree unfortunately dies, I can make one call and everything is effectively taken care of, at comparable market rates, what impresses me overall is that so many complex jobs are accomplished by so many Elements employees working together and coordinating themselves effectively all knowledgeable in their field, all gracious and polite in every situation, and most important, all taking full responsibility at all times. They are in charge of a serious amount of their clients' net worth and they know it.

When filling out the survey concerning Elements pool service, I mentioned the great job that Robert does cleaning and maintaining our pool, but I neglected to mention all the stellar service we have received from Jeremiah concerning repairs to our equipment. He has really been terrific about helping us figure out what was wrong with our problematic pool equipment, and getting the problems taken care of in a timely manner. We would not have been able to do much swimming in the past two years without his help! Thank you for the great job you do!
