Assists realtors in selling properties

Austin, Texas, January 21, 2009 - Elements Group is pleased to announce their new Realtor Partners Program that will benefit participating real estate companies in the Austin area. The program is designed to help realtors sell more properties quickly and efficiently.

The Realtor Partners Program is simple in nature. Elements Group, the Austin-based landscape design, lawn maintenance and residential maintenance services company, provides a number of services for realtors and their clients. These services include a free landscaping audit for both buyers and sellers that will pinpoint and offer solutions for any and all potential issues. The audit will include everything from lawn, tree and plant health to irrigation system control and function, hardscape particulars and curb appeal. Elements Group will then make recommendations to address any problems and opportunities that were discovered.

One of the key aspects of the Realtor Partners Program is the landscape staging plan. Elements Group will bring in containers and false plantings to help beautify the landscape, garden and hardscape areas of the property; materials and all maintenance and design services will be provided at a low, discounted cost. This type of landscape staging plan is especially helpful in creating a beautiful environment for open houses held at the property. In addition, Elements can do actual plantings of seasonal color, small shrubs and flowers for the particular season, as well as mulching beds, trimming trees and shrubs and any outside clean-up which add value to a home; making it even easier to sell.
