Maintenance Elements provides you with many benefits not seen in Austin. We place an emphasis on quality control. We strive daily to ensure that the work done on your property is above par. Our quality control systems are made up of but not limited to:
- Lawn Account Managers. Our Lawn Account Managers visit each property two times per month at a minimum. Their main task is to ensure your complete satisfaction so they look for problem areas, observe crew performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Weekly Account Review Meetings made up of your Lawn Account Manager, crew chiefs, lawn specialists and crewmen. These meetings go over particular account issues as well as general education items each and every week of the year.
- Client Protocol Forms. Each property that we maintain has a particular protocol associated with it from how to trim particular plants to pet knowledge and many other items. These protocol forms are filled out by our maintenance crews weekly after they have visited your property. They are given to you as well as our Lawn Account Managers and owners to ensure we are abiding by your wishes and the needs of your landscape.
- Work Orders. Whenever we perform a specialized service on your property, we create a work order that outlines the specific task. That form is used to track the progress of the project and ensure that it is done to your and our satisfaction.
- Quality Training. Our crews and specialists undergo quality training monthly. This ranges from equipment usage to plant knowledge. In addition, our irrigation, pest control and applicator specialists attend classes and are recertified yearly in their particular area of expertise.
- English Speaking Crew Chiefs/Crewmen. We know that sometimes you need to communicate with our crews so we ensure that each crew has someone who speaks English. This helps us communicate better with you which increases customer satisfaction.
