Elements Group has impressed me in so many ways. Aside from the very pleasant fact that now, when the laundry room ceiling falls down due to a leak or when a tree unfortunately dies, I can make one call and everything is effectively taken care of, at comparable market rates, what impresses me overall is that so many complex jobs are accomplished by so many Elements employees working together and coordinating themselves effectively all knowledgeable in their field, all gracious and polite in every situation, and most important, all taking full responsibility at all times. They are in charge of a serious amount of their clients' net worth and they know it.

When filling out the survey concerning Elements pool service, I mentioned the great job you do cleaning and maintaining our pool, but I neglected to mention all the stellar service we have received from your pool manager concerning repairs to our equipment. He has really been terrific about helping us figure out what was wrong with our problematic pool equipment, and getting the problems taken care of in a timely manner. I have a large yard and I used to have a lawn service that would come over and basically just mow. After I hired the Elements Group and had a meeting with Bobby, the yard began to take shape. Please know that we are always pleased with Elements services, and JT is just THE BEST!!! He always has time for any of my ideas or inspirations and he has become a treasured friend as well as a talented, creative artisan of his trade. He is doing small and big miracles with our landscape and our challenging pondscape. Your lawn crew are all so courteous and polite when they are here and they are eager to help me if Im out there trying to carry something heavy, or they will even roll my trash cart up the driveway for me if they see me struggling with it. I use Elements Group for landscaping and they come out every week. They last came out on Thursday. They do the lawn work, all the landscaping and they also clean the pool.

I have a yearly contract with them. They do everything for me. What I like about them is they assign a person for you and you just deal with that one person for everything. Whether it's the landscaping, you want new flowers, the grass or the pool I just deal with this one guy and he takes care of everything. I can send an email, text him or call him and he is always available. They are just fantastic. I don't have to call during office hours, I can just email this guy and say what I want and he will take care of it. He actually talks to the people who come out and does the work. I really like the fact that you only have one point of contact. When we first started with him the guy was okay but now we have a guy who is fantastic. If ever he leaves this company I'm going with him.
