Elements Group has created a Homeowner Maintenance Program for clients in the Austin area. We have created this program in order to help homeowners manage their properties more effectively.

Our program is simple in nature. The Elements concierge meets with the homeowner, takes them through our Home Maintenance Plan and creates a document that enables the homeowner and Elements Group to manage many of all of the maintenance and repair needs within the home. The Home Maintenance Plan includes items such as scheduled window washings, pest control visits and home system checkups. It also includes contingency plans for times when repairs are needed. The document assigns ownership to the homeowner, Elements Group and specific vendors. This ensures that all basic needs are met for the property, thus protecting the homeowners investment.
The Concierge Homeowner Maintenance Program provides the client with unparalleled convenience, peace of mind and best of breed services at market price.
Elements Groups other divisions, Maintenance, Pool and Landscaping, can also be used for lawn and pool maintenance needs to complete the care program for the home.
