HEATING, VENTILATION & AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEMS

CERTIFIED HVAC INSPECTION PROGRAM

REPAIRS AND RENOVATION

Our partner can provide repair services on all types and brands of HVAC equipment. In addition, many systems can be made to work more efficiently with some modifications such as adding an air return, sealing or re-hanging duct work or air balancing.

If your home seems to always be humid, running load calculations for your home could help to see if the equipment is the right size for your size home. For better indoor air quality, we can add better filter systems, ultra violet lights or even whole home dehumidifiers. We can do all of this work for you and more.

This annual or semi-annual inspection provides you with the information you need to be confident your electrical system functions properly, safely and efficiently. It will also reveal areas of improvement for lengthening the life of your equipment. Should you ever put your home on the market, you will have a certified record of the condition of the electrical system for prospective buyers. PLANNED MAINTENANCE / CERTIFIED PLUMBING INSPECTION SERVICE

This semi-annual inspection provides you with the information you need to be confident your plumbing functions properly and efficiently. Planned maintenance reduces the number of emergency calls by revealing potential problems that can be corrected before they cause major unexpected damages and expenses. The end result isnt just a safer system, but a plumbing system that uses less water and energy, saving you money every day.

Our preferred customer plumbing service agreement provides you with the assurance that your plumbing system is operating properly. It also gives you preferential and priority scheduling as well as discounts on labor and materials. During the Planned Maintenance and Inspection Service, our master plumber does the following and more:

• Water Pressure Check (Check water pressure on the incoming line & make necessary adjustments)
• Water Temperature Check & Adjustment (Water heaters turned up too high actually cause waste)
• Hot Water Travel Time Test (Hot water that takes a long time to get to your faucet is wasteful and can be remedied)
