John Kinnaird

John Kinnaird serves as the Co-Chairman of Elements Group. His main focus is on the landscape and maintenance divisions as well as marketing services. Mr. Kinnaird is a 13 year veteran of the Dell Corporation. Beginning his career on the telephones, he rose through the ranks to serve as one of Dell's first division general managers and vice president. Mr. Kinnaird served both in the U.S. and abroad helping introduce the Dell business model and products into Japan, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. At various times in his U.S. tenure, he managed Dell's Consumer, Small/Medium Business, Health Care, State Government and Education divisions. In particular, Mr. Kinnaird oversaw the rapid growth of the Consumer/Business division from $75 million to over $2 billion in annual sales. Prior to joining Dell, Kinnaird spent 10 years managing small and mid-sized high-technology companies. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
